How do you handle data privacy?
We operate under strict NDAs. We do not require access to your raw patient or customer data for this strategic sprint. We assess your architecture and policies, not your database rows.
What happens after the sprint?
You'll have a clear plan. You can choose to execute it internally, hire another vendor, or partner with us for the 'Pilot-to-Production' phase. There is no obligation to continue.
Do you sign an NDA / BAA?
Yes, we sign a standard NDA before any engagement begins. Since we do not access PHI during the strategy sprint, a BAA is typically not required until the implementation phase.
Do you need access to PHI or raw customer data?
No. For this sprint, we focus on architecture, governance, and use case strategy. We do not need access to patient records or sensitive raw data.
Who owns the deliverables?
You do. The Client owns all deliverables, including the roadmap, governance documents, and risk assessments produced during the sprint.
