My Story
I didn't start in AI. I started in enterprise infrastructure and compliance. I spent years building systems that had to work, had to be secure, and had to pass audits.
When Generative AI arrived, I saw two things happening:
- Startups were building reckless tools that ignored security.
- Enterprises were paralyzed by fear, banning everything.
I founded Dean Technologies to solve this specific problem. I believe that regulated industries—healthcare, finance, pharma—have the most to gain from AI, but they need a different playbook.
